Sourdough Bread and Pastries made traditionally by hand. Working on new products, however quality comes first.

Sourdough Bread:

Ingredients: Wheat bread flour, water, wholemeal flour (wheat wholemeal, barley) and salt.

Seeded Sourdough:

Ingredients: Water, wheat bread flour, wholemeal flour (wheat wholemeal, barley), sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds and salt.

Baguette:

Ingredients: Wheat bread flour, water, wholemeal flour (wheat wholemeal, barley) and salt.

Croissant:

Ingredients: Wheat bread flour, butter, water, milk, egg, wholemeal flour (wheat wholemeal, barley), sugar, salt and yeast.

Rosemary braid:

Ingredients: Wheat bread flour, butter, water, milk, egg, wholemeal flour (wheat wholemeal, barley), sugar, salt, yeast and rosemary.

Pain au chocolat:

Ingredients: Wheat bread flour, butter, water, milk, egg, wholemeal flour (wheat wholemeal, barley), sugar, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), salt and yeast.

About Me

I am a master pastry baker with a passion for handcrafted and homemade products.

I trained in Freiburg, Germany at a traditional pastry shop and in 2018 started my master pastry baker course.

I speak 5 languages and love to speak them as much as I can.
